Directions
How to apply this mascara:
Starting at the base of the lashes, pull the mascara brush through from root to tip. Layer until the desired effect is achieved. Repeat on bottom lashes.
If you typically use an eyelash curler before application, feel free to curl your eyelashes beforehand.
To remove the mascara, use an eye makeup remover or wash off with a gentle cleanser and warm water.

Not for oily skin / eyelids
This mascara looks nice when applied, good volume and not too clumpy, wasn’t a big fan of the wand but maybe that’s just because I have the mini. Unfortunately after a few hours with oily skin this started transferring around my eyes so I wouldn’t repurchase unless they bring out a waterproof version

I’m kinda torn with this mascara. I have been using YSL lash clash for the last year and while it’s great for volume and length it just makes your lashes really hard and dry. I wanted something a bit more nourishing. When I first applied this I was impressed, I wouldn’t say it’s massively Volumising but good length but it hasn’t really held well throughout the day and now just doesn’t look as good as when I applied it this morning.

What happened?!
What has happened to this mascara…? This used to be a staple in my makeup collection because of its durability and gentility on the eyes. A sleek, deep black mascara that stayed on all day without smudging or clumping while giving my lashes lift and flare. However, after taking a break I returned to try it again recently and I was surprised and disappointed to find the formula is now horrendous…? I’m not aware of any formula or ingredient changes but my most recent purchase is dry, flaky, slightly irritating and there doesn’t appear to be a lot of product in the tube either. While the product batch no. appears to be in date I’m still really disappointed; I missed this mascara and was looking forward to using it again after so long :(

I have sensitive eyes and I am really careful with what I put on them most of the time I don’t even use eye products but this is the product that I recommend the most and it’s the best mascara I have used and it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all

Great mascara with great applicator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this is my go to mascara. I always reach for it in my bag! Its texture is not too runny or dry. The applicator is my favourite style. Like a good bristle brush applicator. It helps to seperate the lashes well, create great length and volume and I feel once applied after curling the lashes it really holds the curl well. It’s easy to remove, it doesn’t burn or blur in your eyes and can be built up with a few coats without looking clumpy.
