Alluring and Luxurious!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wear XS by Rabanne and got a dodgy bottle once so stopped wearing it years ago. I LOVE this scent! It is masculine, but slightly feminine at the same time. It smells luxurious and would suit as an evening smell, but I like strong smells during the day too! And I love the bottle too. Would definitely purchase more? Im almost half way through the bottle already 😆

Fresh, woody and long lasting

It’s a decent size bottle and the bottle itself looks aesthetically pleasing with the shiny gold. A bold fresh scent which you can wear for any occasion and not be too over powering as other aftershaves can be.

Luxury vs longevity

Rich and sensual, very inviting for men to use but one might question its longevity considering its advertised opulence. The gold hue presentation gives off vibes of luxury but I consider that a false dawn. Nice but not a classic.

The verdict...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rabanne 1 million EDT is the definitive scent of the modern night life scene - for better or worse. While it remains an absolute powerhouse for large nights, it's sheer popularity means it smells like a crowded night club dance floor from the last decade. Combined with highly synthetic sweetness in the mid-notes lands a perfectly average 3 star rating. It is a safe, loud crowd pleaser, but lacks the uniqueness or refinement found in newer design releases.
The packaging is iconic but diverse, modeled after a solid gold bar to scream flashiness and luxury. While the 50ml feels substantial and compact, the high gold shine is prone to fingerprints and smudges with the plain glass back taking you away from the illusion.

I'd definitely buy another when this runs out!

At least at the amounts I use, it doesn't project too far and overbear whatever space I'm in, which I like.
