Philip Kingsley Moisture Extreme Shampoo gently cleanses fragile hair, using a unique combination of nourishing oils to deeply penetrate each strand. Philip Kingsley's intensely rich, softening formula restores moisture and smoothes rough cuticles, helping tame even the toughest frizz.

Directions

Apply to wet hair and lather, gently kneading the scalp for 60 seconds. Rinse well and repeat if necessary. Follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner and Scalp Toner.

Have not found anything else to swap it with. Although occasionally break from it as very rich in texture, if washing hair more frequently.
