It doesn’t make my skin greasy or spotty which I normally find if it contains SPF. It’s a lovely base for foundation and keeps your skin really hydrated. It’s been a saviour for me the whole of the Paula’s Choice range.

Is this mineral based?

This is glycerin based, which isn’t regarded as a mineral oil. I hope this helps.
