How is it used?

They are really hydrating and brightening and have an almost cooling affect around the eye area, I kept them in the fridge for an extra cooling effect! They also have lots of serum and so they feel very effective when using. The pads are like a soft silicone and so very hydrating :) will definitely buy again!
