Different and damaging
I've used this product in the past and recently decided because my skin was looking a little tired and because it's winter now to use it again. Unfortunately, my skin is dry and itchy and broken out, and looks worse than ever. What an irony! Reading the comments, I can see I'm not the only unhappy one; clearly some element has been added that irritates skin. A shame because I was happy with this serum but can't tolerate it. I had no idea the formula had been changed. I'd like a refund, please.

Ok, but not for me
