Directions
Ensure patch is applied to a clean and dry area. Press adhesive side onto blemish and leave for a minimum of 6 hours. Discard patch after use.

Better than I expected
I have been using other spot patches but decided to give these a go when I discovered Nip and Fab also sell them. Was a bit wary at first as they are so thin. They do flatten spots which is great but don't immediately remove the redness the way other patches do, however as well as flattening they reduce the size of the spot over night and mine were gone completely in a few days. Would recommend for occasional spots/breakouts.

Impressive
I waited sometime before submitting this review, as I wanted to give an accurate rating for this product. For me, they work effectively. They don’t clear the breakout completely but the spots don’t seem to get established and disappear quickly after one application. I have suffered all my adult life from acne, so this is a welcome addition to my cleansing routine. I use along with the salicylic gel wash.

More successful than anticipated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprisingly pleased with these - tried them as the 3rd product therefore free. My son has reported that on certain spots, using them overnight then resulted in the spot being gone in the morning but there seems to be a sweet spot of time - too early and they don't do anything.
It would be good if they could be in larger packs too - teen acne means we could easily use ten each night. Or a longer, rectangular shape that targets clusters eg. at the temples.
