Product Description
A transformative jelly cleanser that melts into a nourishing oil on the skin. Powered by a powerful peptide complex to help firm, hydrate and smooth. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, this cleanser can be used daily, morning and night, for a glowing, clear complexion. A powerful blend of plumping peptides are combined with nourishing grapeseed and sweet almond oil, providing essential moisture and plumpness while fortifying and protecting the skin's barrier.
Directions
Massage onto dry skin in a circular motion to break down impurities. Rinse off with lukewarm water and a flannel or muslin cloth.
The gentle, hydrating nature of this cleanser make it perfect to use at the start of any active routine. Hydrating the skin before applying ingredients such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid or retinol, will help reduce the chances of any associated dryness.

Ok but smell isn’t great
It’s fine, but Would SO much better if it smelled nice - but smells like petroleum. I could see a delicious dark cherry smell or anything. The retinol serum smells amazing

The difficulty with this product
The difficulty with this product is getting the pump dispenser to work. it’s like having a full body workout having to press dispenser 100 times.
Initially I emailed and was sent the usual fob off explanation, ‘We understand your concern about the tube in the bottle, and we want to explain that our products with a pump dispenser are actually designed without a tube on purpose. This is because we use a vacuum dispenser system, which means a tube isn't needed.
If you find that the formula is not being dispensed as it should, I suggest giving it a quick shake or tap on your hand to help release any air bubbles that may be at the neck of the bottle, preventing the product from coming out.
We made this decision thoughtfully to reduce product waste and prevent oxidation of the active ingredients. By not having a tube, we can keep our formulas potent and effective for every use’
This container is now in pieces having fell apart.
Replacement sent and won’t dispense at all.
My finger can no longer get out the substance, so now giving up with this.
Disappointed seems like a nice product.
