Pure luxury in a bottle!
I first heard about this cream after watching a YouTube video of a women who blogs about her everyday life. She struggles with sleep and she recommended it and said that it had helped her sleep since using it.
I suffer with terrible insomnia and have tried countless products, medication, supplements, meditations…you name it, I’ve tried it!
So I thought ‘why not, I’ll give it a go’. And I am so pleased that I did.
Not only is the cream a gorgeous thick and luxurious texture, but the fragrance is to die for!! The lavender scent is really calming and relaxing. It almost smells like you’re in a spa when you’re using it!
I have been using it every night for a month and I genuinely think that it has helped with my sleep. I apply it to my whole body every night after a shower, and my partner gives me a foot rub every night in bed and has been using this cream on my feet. The scent really lasts and I can still smell it on me the following morning.
Whether it’s the fragrance or the magnesium which is helping with the sleep, or whether it’s simply a placebo effect, I can honestly say that I have slept better for the last month than I have in a very long time.
I purchased this purely to aid my sleep, but its moisturising properties are a bonus to me. It really hydrates my skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and supple. It is definitely on the higher end of the price range that I would usually spend on a body moisturiser, but the effects is has had on my sleep mean it is money well spent!
I’m on my second tube and have also bought the hand cream to go with it. I love it!

Skin is so soft & helps me sleep
I’ve been using this for nearly a year & I love this product! Its very rich & moisturising- i use it on my legs before bedtime & the magnesium helps me sleep much better (struggle sleeping well due to perimenopause but this has definitely made a difference!). The smell is relaxing too.

This is a lovely body butter not to thick it goes on smoothly I use it on my legs as they get very dry and I love the fragrance .

Smells amazing
Smelt incredible but stung my legs slightly (I have very sensitive skin) so I mixed it with a sensitive non scented moisturiser and it felt and Smelt amazing!
