Rated 1 out of 5 by from unusable I submitted a complaint weeks ago, with pictures and everything, and never heard back. Extremely poor for such a well reviewed company. I loved the previous pens that had a metal roller ball, they worked perfectly, but this one will not roll and no matter what I do there is hardly any product coming out. The design change feels like a cheap move to save them some money, definitely no luxury feel. As a long time customer, I hope this time I will be seen and valued.
