Open hinge and dispense powder into lid. Dip puff into lid or sifter, press onto palm of hand, then sweep across face for a fully matte, blurred, waterproof effect. Focus on shine-prone areas such as T-zone.

HY-GLAM™ Powder Brush - FOR A NATURAL MATTE FINISH:
Open hinge and dispense powder into lid. Pick up powder with brush and sweep over face or targeted areas for a natural matte, smooth, waterproof finish.
