The NARS sharpener is the only one I’ve found that actually works well with NARS lip liners. It’s a bit pricey for such a simple tool, but it does the job perfectly—clean, smooth sharpening without breaking the product. Feels like a must if you use their liners.

Nars Sharpener
I use a lot of the Nars lip pencils so this sharpener was a good investment for me. It helps keep the pencils looking their best. I'm able to sharpen them without damaging the pencil which is great, it just gently brings them back to life when needed. Very easy to keep clean and has a handy little stick you can use to tidy up. Highly recommend.
