Terrible customer service
Generally a good retinol but unfortunately I was sent two empty pots. The replacement was empty as well as the original purchase. The Sephora customer service is utterly terrible. Two weeks (pre-Christmas) it took for a response. Then when it came to refunding my order they part refunded. So I have lost money and have no Retinol to show for it!

This is amazing and well worth the extra bucks, I've used The Ordinary Retinol for ages and found them super oily. This one is lovely and my go to now. My skin has vastly improved!

In love with this serum
I'm a guy in my 30s, my skin is combination, sensitive and very easy to irritate, I've tried many retinol serums from brands that are considered premium, all of them were greasy that my skin refused to absorb, Murad's retinol serum is the only one that easily absorbs into my skin without effort or irritation, the texture is yellowish creamy with a fragrance Pleasant, not greasy at all, that's an advantage, I've been using this serum for over two months, generally satisfied, there are those who fantasize about seeing actual results after a week of use, there are no miracles and wonders here, any skin care product, especially if it's a serum, requires a minimum time of 8 Weeks of use to decide if the product is effective or not !!

Works fast, skin is looking healthier, smooth and even
This retinol serum has got nice, creamy and rich texture. It absorbs fast, does not feel sticky. It gives very fast results. Skin looks smooth, even and renewed, it improves skin tone and pores look healthy and reduced. Also it reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Cons: I’m not very pleasant with the fragrance of this product, it’s not strong but I simply don’t like the scent. It causes light skin peeling/dryness after some times. Hydrating product would help to reduce dryness. I recommend to use this serum overnight. I would repurchase.

Amazing! Makes a difference
Love this product & have really noticed the positive difference in my skin. I’m
44 & always get told how young I look and what products do I use.
I use with the moisturiser & eye cream.
I have sensitive skin and can use daily apart from the eye serum as have to use that every other day as that’s a little strong for my eyes.
Expensive but does last a long time.
