Excellent product shame about the bottle
The product itself is really good and I have no complaints about its performance. However, the bottle and pump could definitely be improved. The product tends to dry inside the pump and become crusty, which causes it to block. Even after cleaning it out, the pump can then shoot the product across the room rather than dispensing it properly! This results in quite a lot of wasted product, as well as having to clean whatever happens to be in the line of fire. A different pump or bottle design would make a huge difference as this makes me question buying it again in future.

Pump is an issue
I feel the packaging is poorly designed. The pump splatters out the product and makes it very hard to judge if I am using too much or not enough. I haven't found the product as effective as I am used to with Medik8 products. No difference seen.

Amazing product

Prior to using it I would have stubborn spots/pimples that would pop up every so often, but take weeks to disappear. Not sure if it was from clogged pores or hormonal. Either way, I have not had a spot since starting to use this. It feels lovely going on. Skin feels clearer and smoother. I am on to my 3rd bottle.
