Directions
Apply a thin coating over entire lip area and over lip edges.
Follow with lip colour.
If desired, line lips.

Easy to apply, and a good base for applying lip colour after. there arent that many primers for lips out there and I love a matte lipstick so this helps keep my lips nourished and prevents them from dying out. its long lasting and doesnt intefere with the texture if I keep applying the lip colour thoughout the day, sometimes at the end of the day going in to the evening I can use it and it will make my matte coverage more satin and not affect the texture.

Best lip primer I have found
Been using this for years, then decided I would try and find a dupe from a cruelty free company but try as I might I haven't found anything that works as good as this. Best primer for lipstick I can wear candy yum yum and drink several drinks and still return home hours later with the lippy still in place no feathering. I use it every day as a lip balm and keeps my lips chap free all year round

Provides a nice smooth base for lipstick. I am not sure if there is any difference in how long it last though. Lipstick is less likely to bleed after applying this.

Surprisingly Good
Great for extending lipstick/liner wear time and making application much smoother. This is something I probably never would have tried at full price. I managed to pick one up on the Boots ten pounds Tuesdays so purchased out of curiosity, and Im glad I did. My lips aren't dry, I moisture them am/pm and exfoliate them a couple of times a week.

Amazing!
This is amazing! I have always struggled to find something that keeps my lipliner/lipstick in place but thought I'd give this a try when buying a new lipliner. Used it and was out for a few hours without access to a mirror and thought my lipliner would be all over the place but no! It looked like I had just applied it. Made the lipliner look better and usually there is some bleeding/messy edges but not with this! Buy it :-) I will be buying again! So happy with it!!!

Prep & Primer
I was very apprehensive about this product. But it makes my rather dry (older) lips feel much smoother for lipstick application. I still apply the lipstick in two coats, dabbing on tissue between and find the lipstick stays on well. Happy Days ??

Didn't do anything for me
I bought this quite a while ago but sadly it didn't do anything different for my lipstick. When the weather was hot the primer seemed to melt a bit and dropped out of the container. I wouldn't buy again.

Does not work
Unfortunately this 'prep and prime' did nothing to prep my lips for lipstick and extend wear. I usually get a good 6 hours from my MAC lipstick, but with this primer, it's more like 1 hour.
