Offering a clean, close and smooth shave thanks to Liz Earle's ultimate glide formula, Liz Earle for Men Sensitive Shave Cream helps prevent razor burn and contains botanical ingredients, including shave grass, clary sage and eucalyptus, to soothe and calm skin. Specially formulated using naturally gentle foaming agents, Liz Earle for Men Sensitive Shave Cream is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Directions

Feel the direction in which your beard grows. As a general rule, this is the direction in which you should always shave. Moisten your beard by splashing your face with several handfuls of the hottest water you can comfortably stand.

Dispense a small amount of Liz Earle for Men Sensitive Shave Cream – around the size of a large blueberry – into your hand and add a little water. Work in your hands until you have a rich, creamy lather – if it’s too thick, add a little more water. Rub the shaving cream into your beard vigorously to help lift hairs away from your skin.

Now start shaving by working in the direction of your hair growth, using slow, gentle strokes to avoid grazing or nicking skin. Use your other hand to gently pull and stretch the skin, so that you create a flat surface for your razor blade to glide over easily.

Regularly rinse and tap your razor on the sink to remove hair and cream build-up. Using hot water works best. Smooth your hands over the shaved area to check for any stray hairs and re-shave any missed areas.

After shaving, splash your face several times with cold water to rinse and refresh the skin. Pat with a clean, soft towel, leaving your skin slightly damp. Don’t rub – this can cause irritation.

A small amount, about the size of my little finger nail, lathers up generously to cover my face. It gives a really smooth shave and my face never feels dry or sore afterwards. I would recommend this to anyone who wet shaves as it is worth every penny. Try it and never look back!

Only a small amount is needed to get a good lather and it provides perfect lubrication - the razor glides a cross leaving a smooth shave; even before using after shave moisturiser my skin doesn’t feel an if I’ve shaved. Delighted to return to this product and the small amount required per shave makes it pretty good value for money too
