After three days, I was able to use it again briefly, but it stopped working completely after that. I contacted Sephora to request a refund, but never received a response, which is really frustrating. It seems like many others are experiencing the same issue with the jammed nozzle.

Yet when I ordered the full size it left me with quite a bit of disappointment. I never reach for this product unless I am absolutely desperate. It doesn’t do much to help greasy hair
