How to Use



  1. On clean, dry skin, insert the capsule into the Lightinderm device and ensure it clicks into place.

  2. Press Power until the device lights up and the program LEDs are activated.

  3. Unscrew the capsule cap, then press Power again to start the 3-minute session.


  4. Glide the applicator ball over the skin, following the expert massage gestures on both sides of the face:

    • Forehead: upward smoothing from frown lines to the hairline, medium to firm pressure.

    • Crow's feet: horizontal strokes from the outer eye corner to the temple.

    • Eye contour: start under the inner corner and glide upward along the cheekbone.

    • Cheekbones (smile muscle): horizontal motions from the nose wing along the zygomatic bone.

    • Lip contour: smoothing from the nasolabial fold outward toward the ear to activate the risorius.

    • Jawline/oval (platysma): from the chin outward along the jawline.




The device beeps every 15 seconds to guide you through each zone.
The session ends automatically after 3 minutes.
