If you like we can let you know when we have some more.

What we say If a flawless base is your kinda game, then this is a must.

It has micro-refined silica and light-reflecting particles to blur pores, fine lines and wrinkles without giving us that cakey, heavy feeling.

It's weightless on the skin and effortlessly gives an invisible natural finish. So it's pretty easy to understand it's cult status in the baking world.
Translucent Loose Setting Powder locks in makeup for long-lasting wear, without adding weight or texture.

This bestseller creates a modern, matte finish with a touch of sheer coverage, while it absorbs oil and reduces shine all day.

The pros know why it's their favorite: the powder is a little denser than an average powder, providing super smooth, even application and blending. This no-flashback formula means you'll look great in photos, and it creates a soft-focus effect to subtly blur the look of fine lines and imperfections. It will not settle into fine lines or pores and never looks cakey. These truly translucent shades work on all skin tones—from the fairest to the deepest.

The just-released, Translucent Medium Deep shade was designed to be completely translucent on medium-deep to the deepest skin tones, ensuring that every skin tone gets a perfectly flawless, translucent finish.

Directions

- To achieve the Flawless Face, saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together.
- Tap off excess.
- Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to set makeup.
- The finishing step to achieving Laura’s iconic Flawless Face, pair with your favourite Pure Canvas Primer and Laura Mercier Foundation or Tinted Moisturizer for her signature No Makeup, Makeup look.
Velour Puff sold separately.

Pro Tips:
“For very oily skin, I apply Translucent Loose Setting Powder with the Velour Puff before Foundation/Tinted Moisturizer and Concealer. Powder creates a barrier to absorb and prevent oil throughout the day.” - Jason.

“To make any lipstick long-wearing and transfer-resistant, try placing tissue over your lips and with Velour Puff press and roll powder into the tissue. Translucent Loose Setting Powder will absorb the excess moisture of the lipstick and keep it in place.” - Tayaba.

“To make any eyeshadow go on evenly and effortlessly blendable, I apply Translucent Loose Setting Powder on lids with Eye Color Brush and then apply Eyeshadow over top.” - Ryan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep repurchasing Since I tried it for the first time I’ve been repurchasing it constantly. The best powder which doesn’t make your face look dry, works well with makeup and actually sets it just right (without looking white). One of these lasts me for months so definitely worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good It's a very good setting powder, it doesn't leave your skin looking caked, I bought this when it was sale and it was really good, almost finished it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not actually translucent for very fair skin Not a bad powder per say, but I am very very fair and this powder makes me look yellow. It could also do with being more finely milled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder when my usual finishing powder was out of stock, given all the hype. I am very disappointed. I found it incredibly drying, and it settled harshly into every fine lines on my face. It also looked very cakey and felt heavy on my skin. I tried every recommended application method, but nothing worked. I quickly had to buy another powder which I am very happy with, and this one now sits unused in a drawer. A total waste of money and a major disappointment.

I need a new setting powder for clients and just wanted to know if this powder causes flashback as I'd also be using it for bridal make up.

Asked by: Anonymous
Hey there, The main ingredients that cause flash back in make up products are zinc oxide and titanium dioxide which are used in cosmetics with SPF. This product does not contain either of those ingredients which indicates it will not cause flashback. Hope this helps! Many thanks Katie, Beauty Expert.

Do you do... foundation-consealer-bronzer-Translucent powder? Or foundation-consealer-Translucent powder- bronzer? Need to know before purchasing, thank you :)

Asked by: Allana Louise
Hi there, Typically complexion products would be applied in the order; foundation, concealer, powder then finishing off with a bronzer. Hope this helps! Thanks Katie, Beauty Expert.

How do i apply my powder ? And when do i apply it? Thanks

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi, The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder can be applied after your foundation, this will help to set your makeup and lock it into place making it full proof all day long! The powder is to be applied with the Laura Mercier velour powder puff, dip your puff into the product then remove excess by tapping the puff on top of your hand. Gently press puff on the skin, using a rolling motion to "work" the powder into the skin. A little tip on how to make your lipstick stay put all day, apply a dust of this powder on top and watch how it won't budge. If you have any further queries please feel free to contact us at beautyexperts@feelunique.com Thanks, Jess - Beauty Expert
