Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product but requires your patience I have been using this Truly Targeted Blemish Clearing Solution for a year. It is great if you have blemishes that need to be treated. For me, it is much more convenient than going for a deep cleansing. You can see the difference in two days. However, the bottle and drop design is not so good if you only have one blemish to treat. It takes a bit of practice to control the amount of solution. In short, it is a great product but requires a bit of patience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING I have had stubborn right cheek acne that kept coming back for 2 years now, nothing seemed to help. I saw this product and decided to give it a go. Works wonders! Nothing else has helped me and this got rid of the pimples that were painful and red, and this only with 3 uses! There is still a little bit of redness but it seems to be less and less as the time goes by! Overall, amazing product. Can’t wait to try other Kiehl’s products :) LIFE SAVER

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the trick I’ve been using a sample morning and evening for almost a month now. I use it as instructed at the end of my kiehls skincare routine. It definitely does what the bottle says; reducing the appearance of pimples and redness. It very quickly dries the spot, but I will say, it takes days for the pimple to go, so don’t expect some magic wand. It also hasn’t removed my acne marks from beneath the pimples, although it has maybe reduced them somewhat. It’s easy to apply and a little goes a long way.

How can you apply a dot if this to then set and create a film over the blemish while it runs down your face? Then after all that drama to find it makes absolutely no difference to the blemish? Maybe because it’s running down my face? Who knows, we will never know.
