I got this when the hairdresser cut my hair too short and I decided to grow out my hair to its ultimate lenght without it snapping off. I use this maybe 2-4 times a week on dry hair. Wake up and my hair is soft and I do think it helps with the frizz. I am on my 3rd bottle and yes my hair grew.
