Directions
How to use
Step 1: Apply on wet hair, layered on top of the Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment.
Step 2: Massage and emulsify.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly.
Step 4: Follow with Première Conditioner or Mask.
How to refill my pump bottle with a refill pouch?
You can easily refill your pump bottle over & over thanks to a 3-step process :
1. Remove the pouch cap by unscrewing it
2. Pour into the empty unrinsed bottle of the associated shampoo. Do not rinse the pump and keep it protected from dirt
3. Write the refill date and batch number on the pump bottle, available at the back of the pouch

Disappointed
I bought the entire range hoping for great results and I have to say I am disappointed! I have used a number of KERASTASE ranges and have never been disappointed, but this range left my hair feeling super corse, dull and frizzy. I did wonder whether more frequent use would improve it but alas no!!!

Very drying for my processed hair
I really hoped this shampoo and conditioner was going to be a game changer living as I do in a very hard water area.
However, and I'm nearly at the end of both products so properly tested, I'm really disappointed. My hair feels so dry and dehydrated after. I reduced the use to once every two weeks so as not to waste an expensive purchase.
I still have to use a separate hair mask after to keep my hair soft and manageable. For me the Wellaplex range ( used in salon and at home) has been a game changer. My hair is now restored supple and shiny in a way that this Premier range fails miserably. Ive always loved Kerastase but will not use this range again or recomend it.

Game changer
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner in ghis range for a while now, and my hair has never looked better.

Excellent range
Having recently moved to an area with very hard water, my fine, greying hair suffered alarmingly. I have purchased and tried countless products claiming to solve the problem but none of them did any good at all. I have just purchased and tried the Kérastase Premiere range - after the first wash my hair was normal. After a few more washes my hair is in better condition than it has been for a long time. My hair is natural but the very hard water was stripping the colour. The colour is now restored!
