Not for me
I so wanted to love this range but I didn't. It definitely tames the frizz, but it also left my copious fine wavy hair flat, limp, and totally lacking in body. On the plus side it smells absolutely gorgeous and I needed to wash my hair less often.

Itchy Scalp
I was so excited to try this new product. I purchased shampoo & conditioner for myself and a set for my daughter. iTCHY SCALP was incredibly unbearable after the first use. I tried 3 times then gave up. My daughter has developed a rash on the back of her neck. 2 x shampoo and 2 x conditioner now only fit for the bin! Such a waste. I have been using Kerastase Nutritive for 30 years without a problem and more recently the Genesis range as I love the lightness of the shampoo. My adult daughter has been using Kerastase since she was 10 years old. Neither of us have had a problem ever except with Absolu Gloss. I would avoid, mistake was an expensive one. I have written to Kerastase to see how they respond to an allergic reaction to one of their products.

Don't use on keratin treated hair
I foolishly bought this as I read somewhere that it was suitable for keratin treated hair. It contain sodium laurel sulphate! I have just ruined my keratin treatment.

Soft hair
I have long and thick hair. It got drier and the top layer frizzier due to ageing (51). I noticed a difference the second time I used this shampoo (after drying and styling). The third time- my hair was transformed: soft (like when I was younger) and visibly reduced frizz. I think my dream came true.

Hair has never felt better
I really didn’t want to like this shampoo, given the price tag… I bought the smallest bottle just to try it out, after finding my hair feeling dry, heavy and honestly just gross after trying lots of cheaper shampoos and conditioners. I wanted some shine and although I have straight hair, have some flyaways which have always annoyed me. I honestly could tell the difference after one use. My hair felt silky soft, so much easier to brush and it looked so much smoother than before. I’ve had multiple compliments on my hair just from using the shampoo and conditioner, the smell is also pretty nice too. Hard to describe but I’ve had people compliment that too! Really would recommend this if you’re looking for softer and glossier hair, I definitely felt it had smoothed some of the flyaway hairs too. Can’t speak for the frizz aspect but it does everything else it says on the tin
