Awful
Made my hair fall out in chunks. Left it nice and shiny, but at what cost. Took me a year to grow it back after switching to another professional brand.

Possibly not worth the price tag
Yes this is nice, it lay lathers well. However my hair was left sticky. I had to wash it a further three times. Not sure what went wrong maybe not the shampoo fault but still not worth the price. The glow matrix was infinitely better and cheaper too

Avoid! Make hair feel so greasy!
Usually love this brand. Tried this range for the first time and won’t be using it again. My hair felt cleaner before I washed it. Makes roots so, so greasy. Huge waste of money, and to be honest has put me off using the brand again. Only positive is it smells nice, other than that, awful product. Wish if listened to the precious reviews all saying the same.

I can’t understand the negative reviews. I have curly hair, and out of all the endless shampoos and conditioners I have used over the years, this is one of the rare ones that makes my hair feel amazing. I personally love the smell. My only criticism is the cost, the price is off the scale, so sometimes it is hard to justify it. However for now I will continue, as this product has brought my curls and hair condition back to life. I also dig. React to it on my scalp like so many others. Please don’t change or get rid of this Keratese

Probably the worst shampoo I ever tried. And all shampoo from kerastase it’s so rubbish . Tried so many different from kerastase and nothing great. Don’t want buy anymore. Rubbish

The overpowering smell makes me feel sick
The previous version of this range was brilliant (dark pink containers). I can’t use this anymore as the smell is overpowering and makes my eyes sting. With no other scent option I had to use another range which kills my colour faster

Absolutely awful product
So disappointed with wasting money on this and the conditioner after being recommended by my hairdresser after switching from the nutritive range. My hair feels oily at the roots yet dry and rough on the sensitized ends after using this. Doesn't clean your hair properly and doesn't put any hydration in. Even more worrying since using this my hair has started falling out at an alarming rate. Put me off wasting anymore money on this brand that I've been using for years.

Awful shampoo
Started using this 3 months ago along with the conditioner. It’s made my hair dry, dull and unmanageable. After washing my hair is difficult to style even with a recommended styling product. I’ve given sufficient time for this product to work before writing a review . Certainly not worth the price tag
