Directions
Smooth throughout wet hair after shampooing with Volume Lift Lightweight Shampoo, and then rinse well.

John Frieda volume conditioner
Just like the shampoo, I aren't sure if this thickened my hair, probably not lol But it smells nice, huge bottle and for the price is okay. It's not life changing but it doesn't weigh my hair down, so that's a bonus. However I have very very long hair and the ends are dry, using this i find I need an additional serum or something nourishing on the ends. Alone this just isn't enough. But it's good overall and for the price I can't grumble.

This is a firm favourite with me because it really doesn't weigh hair down. It does moisturise my lengths enough too (I have very long fine hair). The scent is not overpowering and it's pleasant to use. A little goes a long way and the tube is huge.

Lightweight and nourishing
I have long fine hair that looks so limp and lifeless having struggled to find the right shampoo and conditioner for me but now I’ve tried this I won’t ever change - perfect amount of nourishment in this but without weighing my hair down like others do. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Terrible
Used this product for about a month, shampoo is fine ( a basic shampoo really) however the conditioner leaves residue in my hair. When i brush my hair the white residue coats the bristles of the brush. Disappointing!
