After one use, it definitely took out all the brass in my color. I washed with regular shampoo first to get my hair clean (and all the dry shampoo out), and then put the violet crush in. I tried not to lather it into a foamy shampoo so it would stay more purple and I let it sit for probably 3 minutes. Super happy with the results. It also left my hair hydrated and shiny, not stripped at all

Easy to apply and rinse and leaves my hair hydrated and frizz free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective toning shampoo, just don’t overuse to av [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had good experience with shampoo. it does a good job at reducing yellow brassy tones. and makes my hair look noticeably fresher after a couple of washes. it lathers well and feels like it’s properly cleans without stripping too much moisture. like most purple shampoo it can be slightly drying if overused, so I balanced it with conditioner. overall, I reliable option to keep your blonde tones.
