Great size
I bought this a few weeks ago to take with me to the gym and to use after sports matches for ease. The size is great. Reason I’ve only given it a rating of 2 is due to the price. Very expensive for what you get. Was happy to pay the price for quality but unfortunately was left disappointed. The battery life is not great at all. It should last 20minutes but this is not the case at all, also find it doesn’t heat up as quickly or as effectively as corded ghds. Also can’t use it while it’s plugged in. I have short hair so would definitely not recommend for long hair.

Fantastic for travel
I have had these and used them on two trips away so far. As others have said, they don’t last a huge amount of time without needing recharging. However, it’s the same principle as charging your phone and you can use the same cable requiring very little in terms of packing extras to travel. I have short to shoulder length hair and I can get two uses before needing to recharge which I am more than happy with. They are a little heavier than usual GHDs but the pencil case type carrier they come in is neat and substantial and can fit a hair clip in as well which is handy. I am extremely happy with them and they are as good as my regular GHDs, possibly better being cordless and easier to manoeuvre as a result . Definitely recommend if you like to travel light - and brilliant for camping/ caravanning or any place you may not have access to mains electricity .

First impressions good
Have waited years to order. I previously have tried other brands ie Babyliss etc all no good. Have charged and used once not too heavy so can carry on the days I need to top up at end of day.

GHD Disappointed
I’ve had many GHD products and they’ve been great - this was disappointing as it's not as good. Once charged, it lasts just over 5 mins which is ridiculous and very expensive .. not happy and will return as not fit for the purpose.

Straighten on the go
I bought these last month as I am travelling with work a lot and my hair is prone to frizz in the damp, so a great way to straighten up for a meeting in car, They are great. Only critisizm is the charge doesn't last long enough, but otherwise happy shopper

Great for travelling
Purchased because I wanted something more compact and without the need to plug it in. Something to tame the frizz especially now my hair is going grey and unruly! This heats up quickly and charges pretty swiftly too. Comes with a little heat pouch to store it in. Would have been handy if the pouch had opened up flat to sit the straightener on whilst using it, but that's just a small thing. Overall happy especially as I purchased on special promotion because it's very expensive.

They are good but unfortunately they don’t hold their charge very long. We know they are battery operated and heat drains a lot of power.
