Lack luster curls
I had high hopes for this curling ring as I love my GHD straightener. But I found it difficult to use, the heat protection glove is a weird cut and uncomfortable- the curls fell out after 30 mins , I’ve now purchased the curls gone wild spray so I will try again . A decent tutorial video would help, as YouTube content wasn’t great .

absolute wonderful
great product. works wonderfully! just be wary & wear a scarf around your neck because i have burnt myself badly a few times, however that being said the curls come out so good. i do have natural 3a hair but i dont know how to maintain it wel.the curler really help make my hair look better.. the curls last about 2 days without any products. after two days it turns wavy.

Too difficult to use
I am sure this is a fabulous hair tong but…. I have long, thick hair and it is just far too difficult to use. Having watched many tutorials and trying it without being turned on I gave up. If I had of turned it on, I’d have frazzled my hair trying to twist and turn my arms and wrists to get the curl! I have gone for the Chronos wand instead.

I purchased the tong a month ago and I’m still getting use it.
I’ve always used a tong ( not ghd)
This one glides through the hair effortlessly. But I do find it hot for my hair type. It’s getting to know the timings & desired curl I guess. I purchased the ghd curl protection spray as an added layer of protection. I hoping the more I use it the better results I get.
The duries ou on whether it’s the right tool for me. I’m Still wondering if I should have purchased the next size wand up I purchased 26mm. It’s a lovely tool & I’m hoping it’s going to work out for me!

You get what you pay for
As my hair grew longer (but just as straight and lifeless), I decided to try a curling iron so I bought a cheap one from our local hardware store. If it didn't work, no great loss. It did the job adequately but I wanted something with a larger 26mm barrel and the GHD Chronos Curve was recommended to me by a hairdresser. Yes, much better, no fancy temperature settings just a product that works. My hair glides over the barrel and the results are amazing. Wish I'd thought about it years ago.
