New formula is awful
The new version is stinging my face and leaving it red. It also is nowhere near as hydrating. What have you done to my trusted, long term face cream? I can’t buy it again, I’m gutted.

The old formula was so much better
The former light version of this cream was amazing - this new one is too heavy, does not absorb as well, and is less moisturising. My eyelids in particular have suffered with this new formula, they are red and flaky, and the cream pills when you add spf on top. Bring back the old formula!

Why change?
So very disappointed they changed the formula and now have ‘night’ and ‘day’ creams. They are so thick on my skin and it doesn’t feel replenished. Really disappointed. Please bring back the old one.

Holy grail no more
This use to be my holy grail moisterizer and I used it for years. Eucerin have reformulated the product and it is awful. Not as Moisturising and the texture is different. Please bring back the original.

So disappointed
This product was a holy grail. It was the only thing that helped with the dryness caused by Accutane. However, they’ve changed the formula and it is now a very heavy and greasy product. That really does not sink into your skin. The previous formula was extremely hydrating but still lightweight. Really hope they revert back to the old formula.

Old version was brilliant, it sank in beautifully, this one just coats the skin and makes me sweat. Awful.

New formula is a totally different cream :(
As someone with sensitive skin, it was a blessing to find this cream originally. But this new formula is a totally different cream - super heavy and oily and has caused me to break out! I would’ve paid more for the original formula as it saves me the cost of finding something new that works for my skin. The fact that this new formula is often being sold under the same listing as the old is very disingenuous and I’ve ended up with several tubes of cream that I can’t use.

New formula not suitable for my skin.
Disappointed that the formula has changed. My skin has broken out in bumps, rednes, and itching. I've used the dry skin formula for years with no problems.
Please bring it back.
