Good For Sensitive Eyes
I wet a cotton pad then apply this on the top and it works well for me. Effective for removal of eyeshadow powder, primer and mascara without any eye irritation. It does not leave a greasy oily residue behind just a well cleansed eye area and feels gentle on the delicate eye contours.

Caused irritation
This product is effective at removing mascara but it caused the skin under my eyes to become so irritated, red and sore to the point that it caused bleeding.

Too gentle
Its very gentle - it doesn't even remove Lauder's own eyeliner pencil without rubbing. It doesn't irritate - but it doesn't work either!

Waste of money
This is the worst eye makeup remover I have tried. I specifically asked the sales rep for advice regarding which product to buy to remove the Estée Lauder mascara I had bought the previous week. I asked about Take It Away and she said this was better. It is useless on waterproof mascara. A very expensive mistake which has put me off the brand as I feel as though I was mis-sold in order to increase sales of this ineffective product. Very disappointed. I'll probably go back to using my previous brand.
