Love it.
Bought as a present for my wife with a little apprehension. She loves it! Easy to use design. Easy to set temperature and speed for her hair type. Dries and straightens perfectly, making her hair feel great. No problem with the plug size - yes it incorporates safety function making it bigger but it plugs in!

Dyson never disappoints!
This is undoubtedly a very useful product—styling becomes much quicker and more enjoyable, and my hair stays smooth and silky between washes. It’s not noisy, and I really like that it goes into standby mode while I’m brushing my hair, as well as its various settings and functions.
The only downside (hence 4 stars): the power cord is far too short. I truly hope Dyson can address this; I would even be willing to send my Airstrait in for service if it were possible to have the cord extended.

Definitely speeds up drying!
I've only had this about a couple of weeks now, and so far I've used it twice, I'm very impressed about how smooth and glossy my hair is although I find that it has taken me some time to get used to using it..I would say that I find using the straightener on the back of my hair is the most awkward
I'm sure in time I will get used to it as I realise it has tremendous potential and definitely speeds up the time of drying my hair!👍😃

Good appliance but the admin sucks.
Good hair styler. Not sure why it's necessary to set up an account with a password just to register the warranty though. Also, the user guide should be in the box with the appliance, you shouldn't have to go online to access this.
