Natural barely there finish
Gorgeous formulation, with a barely there but buildable coverage. I've been mixing a drop of Glow Recipe watermelon dew drops to it also for an additional hydrated look.

Perfect for summer coverage
This foundation is not full coverage but is perfect for summer weather. I use over a SPF tinted moisturiser and it works really well. A little goes a long way and it is v.easy to apply.

Disappointed
I wanted to use this foundation for at least four weeks in order to give an informed review about how it worked with my skin. For information, I am 64 years old with dry skin. I was attracted to this foundation as the feedback from the test subjects stated that the complexion is flawlessly even for 24 hours non-stop.* The skin is hydrated*** and radiant, as if plumped.
My initial trials with the foundation were not successful as, almost immediately, it most certainly was neither hydrating nor flawless and highlighted dry areas on my nose, chin and cheek area. After contacting Dior via a live chat, I was advised to use a primer. Unfortunately this has made no difference - even with a primer, dry areas of my skin, which are undetectable and feel smooth and plumped prior to application, are accentuated with this foundation. I am desperately disappointed and wonder if Dior has a foundation more suited to my mature skin?

Beware it oxidised like crazy
Just like a previous review I matched my shade to my skin tone but when it arrived was quite a lot darker then I expected. I tried it anyway and seemed ok but after a couple of hours it oxidised so much I had to remove it as I looked bright orange!!! Expensive mistake

Smooths the skin out beautifully
I found this to be very long lasting and smoothed out my skin beautifully. It is quick and easy to apply and doesn’t feel dry or oily on the skin.

Beautiful Consistency But Oxidised to Orange!
I was looking for a natural foundation, neither too glowy or too matt & decided upon the Dior forever natural nude foundation after reading numerous positive online reviews. I wasn't able to purchase the foundation instore as I live over 40miles away from the nearest stockist. However, I used both the "try it on" and the compare options on the Dior site. I'm pale skinned with neutral undertones but after using the foundation finder on the Dior site I settled on 1.5N which did look to be the right colour on both my screen and my phone when I checked with the "try it on" app and the compare.
The first thing to mention is that the foundation colour is a lot lighter on screen and on the "try it on" app than it actually is. The bottle of 1.5N I received was definitely a good three shades darker in the bottle than it appears on the screen but I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and try it anyway.
The consistency of the foundation is beautiful, it goes on like a dream and a little goes a very long way.
I applied the foundation (over moisturised skin) at about 10 am in the morning. I didn't use primer or concealer and I don't use powder/blusher/highlighter - just foundation, mascara and a bit of lipstick.
Despite it looking so dark in the bottle, once on my face the foundation did look less dark although still slightly darker than I would normally use and I was happy to go with it.
I was due to deliver a presentation to a client in the afternoon and so before I left the house (at about 1pm) I nipped back upstairs to put on some more lipstick, looked in the bathroom mirror and my face was orange!
I've sadly just gone through the process of returning the foundation to Dior today and I'm really disappointed...it's lovely foundation, a little goes a very long way, it feels beautiful on the skin and the finish (when I first put it on) was flawless and luminous - when it was first applied I really did look as if I had flawless skin. But the shades are out on the website and the oxidisation was unbelievable, after about 3 hours I looked as if I'd been spray tanned.
If you do decide to try this foundation then get a sample first from a dior counter and try in the privacy of your home (or look in the mirror before you leave the house!).

Wrong order but perfect colour
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing as I thought I had ordered skin glow and had to return, however the colour match of 2n to skin glow looked perfect!

I wear Nars mont blanc foundation, so what shade would suit my skin tone in the Dior forever natural nude foundation?
I wear Nars Finland and I purchased the Dior 1.5N. It works perfectly for my skin tone. I hope it helps you to find your shade.
