Directions
Suggested Usage:
-Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
-Line eyes, and using the smudge tool, smudge color to desired effect.
-Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
-Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
-Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.

When I applied this product it was smooth but to the point when I layered twice it started to wipe the product away.i would recommend it for the quality and quantity of the eyeliner but this flaw affects my review.

Not as good as other Clinique Specialties
Hey Clinique! I am a very loyal customer to tho brand and have made several purchases from Clinique, and almost my entire makeup bag consist of products such as toasted wheat foundation, all over concealer, blushing pop lipstick, etc; However, after being impressed with almost all ur products, this eyeliner did not satisfy my needs. It was quite pricy for me as I am a student, and I wasn't happy with it as I hoped. I hope you understand where I am coming from and I hope I can hear from you soon regarding this. Thankyou.

Great product, but two stopped working & would not twist out
Bought this in Intense Ivy. Great colour that lasts all day and did not irritate my eyes. However, when the time came to twist out more of the product, the mechanism did not seem to work and the product would not come out. I contacted Clinique's customer service; they were excellent and soon replaced the quickliner. However, the replacement had the exact same issue with the twisty mechanism. I have used Quickliner for many years, but it seems that since the smudge tip was added to the back of the pencil, the twist mechanism is likely to fail, making the pencil useless.

Won't go on
This eyeliner just wouldn't work,I had to rub back and forward for ages then it just disappeared after half hour. I normally use quickliner but I was either sent wrong one or ordered wrong one but it wasn't any good. Expensive error.

Makes my eyes burn
Usually use Cliniques kohl pencil but wanted something more dramatic so tried this one but almost immediately my eyes were burning. Didn't expect this from a Clinique products
