Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don’t quite have the staying power I was hoping for a pencil that would have a bit more staying power on ageing eyelids but I didn’t find it here. It’s a bit better than my non- waterproof one but it didn’t last the day. It has a really annoying removable little smudger on the end which would be great but pings off when you take the cap off it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Disappointed with this pencil. It doesn't last very long and because of the plastic casing it is impossible to know how much is left. The last centimetre or so is very hard to use as it falls out of the casing. Not a good design. I'm afraid I won't be buying again and intend to find a proper pencil from somewhere else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased the Clarins eye pencil two weeks ago because I trust the brand’s high-quality standards and its reputation for dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested products. Unfortunately, this product was a complete disappointment. The first time I used it was right after I bought it. That same evening, I removed my makeup as usual. However, the next morning I woke up and could barely open my eyes, they were red, swollen, and constantly tearing. I had to follow a treatment with eye drops. At that point, I wasn’t 100% sure the product was responsible. A few days later, I decided to try the pencil again, this time on its own, without using any other makeup products on my face. Within a short time, my eyes became red again. Even though I immediately tried to rinse it off, my eyes had already become swollen, irritated, and were continuously tearing. This product is extremely disappointing and potentially unsafe. I do not know which ingredient caused this reaction, but the company should urgently investigate this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Quality of their eye pencils has gone downhill. This one did not work at all. Was dry and kept snapping. I couldn’t use it at all. I did raise a complaint, but do far no solution.
