Directions
For use on wet skin in the shower or bath, once or twice a week.
Take a dab of product, warm it up between the palms and apply in circular motions to the entire body, working upwards. Pay special attention to dry and rough areas (feet, knees, elbows). Rinse thoroughly.

I have only used this a couple of times but I really do like it. It would be helpful, I find this issue with other Clarins products, if they would say when to use. By this I mean before or after showering . I would recommend this product. It does have a lovely scent and reminds me of Spa visits.
