Directions
On clean skin: soak two cotton pads with the hydrating toner and lightly smooth over the face and neck. Dry with a tissue, or leave the skin damp before applying an oil. I love this toning lotion, it does a good job of removing cleanser traces and my face feels very clean after using. I have used for a number of years and I don’t think I would use anything else, unless, of course, Clarins stopped selling.
