ClarinsHydrating Toning Lotion Normal/Dry Skin
A toning lotion that balances normal to dry skin types whilst also removing excess cleanser residue.
Directions
On clean skin: soak two cotton pads with the hydrating toner and lightly smooth over the face and neck. Dry with a tissue, or leave the skin damp before applying an oil. Can also be used after a scrub or a mask to remove excess product and prepare the skin for the next step in your skincare routine.

I love this toning lotion, it does a good job of removing cleanser traces and my face feels very clean after using. I have used for a number of years and I don’t think I would use anything else, unless, of course, Clarins stopped selling.
