Why do you think that I need a complete relaunch of a product’s packaging to get me to buy the refill? What a complete con to present me with the option to buy a refill but not explain that it won’t fit my existing jar so I actually need to purchase the new jar to make use of the refill?!???!? When is the beauty industry going to get behind what it means to really respect the planet?

It smoothed and soothed my neck and decollette area, which had been sun damaged and neglected. So much so, I started a subscription, only to be informed halfway through that the product had been discontinued!
