I meant to order my usual extra-firming cream which I love for the ease of application and the absorption, but this cream left my skin feeling sticky. Even after a few minutes, I found it tricky to apply makeup. The fragrance is lovely and I can't yet comment on the collagen benefits, but I prefer the normal extra firming cream.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It’s truly a shame! What exactly are you trying to do, Clarins? First, you changed the Extra-Firming Day and Night creams to a formula that feels less effective than before. Then the packaging shifted to plastic, which completely takes away from the luxury experience. When I switched to the Extra-Firming Energy cream in the glass container, my skin finally started to improve again. Now you seem to be changing that too. Where is the original Clarins, the natural, high-quality luxury brand? Why move toward something that feels ordinary, like products on any shelf? The glass packaging and rich, beautiful creams were part of what made your brand special. I don’t believed in collagen formulas, and this modern plastic direction feels like a step backwards. It’s truly a shame.
