New packaging could not be more awful
New packaging is awful and cheap.
One of the good things about old firming cream was a glass jar!
I went to my local store to look at the new packaging and it is terrible, it feels soooo cheap, plus I would not want to keep my cream in plastic. Yes re fillable, so what... It's not great at all. We are also charged extra to buy new special plastic pot more. Looks like a saving money strategy which is not best for customers at all. I will not be buying it. I have bought this range for about 10 years and I will have to find something else, as I do not want refills I do not want cheap plastic jars and I don't want to put anything on my face which is also kept in plastic. No thank you. Also found some reviews that formula is not what it used to be... Fair well dear extra firming range, you served me well while you were good.

Not happy with the new extra firming range
Please bring your original extra firming day/night formula back it was much nicer on the skin and it gives a glowing natural healthy look unlike the new formula which looks think and fake like cheap skin care products. My skin reacted to the new formula and the cream looked thick which makes my forehead lines look much deeper.
