I twnd to wear it as the last step in my lip combo and it just melts the lip liner and lipstick together and gives it a more vlended finish as well as a bit of sparkle. It isnt too wet and doesn't run off your lips like other lip glosses do which i love. I'm nearly finished the one i have and will definitely be buying another to replace it!
