Disappointing.
Have used this shampoo along with the conditioner for a couple of weeks and my hair is getting dryer and dryer. It doesn't lather well and feels difficult to get a good clean. My hair is super knotty afterwards and almost impossible to brush through. Can't see any evidence of those beach waves.

Good for texture
I have very thin hair, and use the surf spray a lot to add body and texture to my hair. I really like this shampoo, but it can leave my damaged hair feeling a little unmanageable sometimes. Always use with the conditioner, and if you have particularly thin hair, I'd skip this and use the surf spray instead.

Love this!
My hair never holds a style or curls but i always want an effortless wave. I ordered the travel size to see if it worked and with the conditioner and surf spray- it did. I would wash my hair, dry to about 60% and then put the spray on. I'd give it one last blast with the hair dryer and pop it into a bun for the night, the next morning my hair is wavy and it holds all day. I found that my hair felt really clean and the smelled yummy. I got away with only washing my hair twice a week and the travel sized lasted just over a month- you don't need much to get a good foam. Would recommend.

New favourite summer product
I tried out this product recently as a more relaxed alternative to my usual Thickening Shampoo, and it did exactly what it said on the bottle. I was left with soft, healthy feeling hair, without the stripped-back effect which can come from other products formulated to remove impurities. If it wasn't out of stock it would definitely be joining me on my holiday to tackle pool and sea damage! I'll certainly be ordering it for when I'm after a more relaxed look.
