Does not disappear as the day goes on.
I love his product BUT why have you discontinued the colour Steel? As a blonde I have to be careful with the colour of my eyeliner, black is too dark and the other shades are not flattering to me. All of my friends are disappointed too, and we cannot find a replacement. Please can you bring this shade back into stock asap. Thank you.

Expensive mistake
I ordered Steel Grey because I wanted GREY. This is black (no, not a mis-picking in the warehouse, it is labelled "Steel Grey"). If I'd wanted black I'd have ordered black. And yes, it is smudge-able and it certainly stays on, as I found out to my cost. My eye make-up remover, which words with every other product, left me with panda eyes. It smudged but just would not clean off. I had to disguise it with foundation. Used it once - never again. Total waste of money for me.

Smudges and runs badly
I'm new to Bobbi Brown and find this product confusing. I have it in black and brown and despite their claim to be waterproof, I find them anything but. They smudge really badly under my eyes within a couple of hours of application. When I cried, it was horrendous. I've worn makeup for 35 years and this is the most expensive eyeliner I've ever had and the worst performing. I have normal skin and use the Hydrating or Vitamin Enriched face and eye cream. I let my skincare sink in and eyeliner is usually one of the last things I apply and it's never rushed. I think I'm doing everything right, so what's going wrong? Please help.

Please bring back this shade
I love the perfectly defined gel eyeliner and have been using it for many years. It is easy to use, lasts well, does not run and looks great... The only problem is...... you do not seem to do Black Ivy anymore? All the shades are various shades of black or brown which does not give much choice. Please bring back the Black Ivy, which is actually green it is so flattering.

How do I make this last all day?
I usually just wear eye shadow but had make up done at your counter and tried this eyeliner. I like it a lot but it doesn't stay on very long. Can you advise what I can use under it to make it last longer please? Eyeshadow lasts all day and eyeliner on top of it doesn't strangely.
