Not suitable for every type of hair. I have a bob but tte brush was too big to wrap around my hair or get clae to tge root to give it lift

Smooth hair
I have bleached hair and since using this my hair is smooth and shiny and i no longer need to use a straightener. Having always struggled using a dryer and a brush this makes it so much easier and cuts the time it takes down a lot.

Item was slightly damaged on arrival however Sephora did say they would replace it. As item was out of stock I decided to keep this one (the metal had slightly worn off handle)and they offered me a complimentary gift voucher for £15. Great customer service and product works fine. I have had another brand and this works just as well at a third of price

First hair dryer I've used that doesn't turn my curly hair frizzy when using a diffuser... the lead length is really good and long... and its comfortable to hold.
