Silky hair
Very smoothing. I put a small amount rubbed on hands, then smooth through wet hair after washing. I don’t use heat styling, just let my hair dry naturally. Get that swish with this, and smells good too.

New formula is AWFUL
What have you done?? I redeemed some of my loyalty points for this because I loved the testers I had before, and it's completely different. It makes my hair unbearably heavy, sticky, and almost impossible to wash out. Really disappointed. A complete waste of my points.

New formulation - not for the better
I used to buy the previous formulation of this product and it was my holy grail. I've tried so many hair oils and nothing compared to it. I searched for it to find that the packaging and formulation had changed, but was hoping it was still just as good as its predecessor. Unfortunately it comes up very short. PLEASE bring back the old formulation. From the many comments I've read on here and other forums, many people agree it hasn't changed for the better. I will not be buying again.

Smooth Infusion style-prep smoother
My hairdresser put this onto my hair. It smoothed down my hair instantly. I have porous thick hair. I found that with the combined shampoo, my hair is actually manageable. No frizz. I feel it is a good product for thick hair that needs calming down.
