Wouldn't use any other shampoo or conditional. Smooth infusion has transformed my hair . It's frizzy naturally but is now sleek and smooth

Left my hair looking more sleek
My hair is quite dry, so I am always looking for the best products to keep it hydrated, but also smooth when blow drying. This shampoo is great for both! After one wash, it left my hair feeling smooth and sleek I am and Estee Lauder Companies Employee.

A good holiday shampoo
I have thick, dry, frizzy hair and took this away on holiday to try as my hair gets frizzier and drier in the sun/sea, and it worked well for me. I would just recommend giving your hair a thorough rinse to make sure there's no residue after using. You also don't need much product for good results, only a small amount! ELC Employee

No large bottles since Shampoo reformulated
I really like the smoothing and straightening shampoo in its old and new formulation. But am disappointed that it no longer comes in the 1 litre bottles- this is very disappointing and means more recycling.

Aveda needs to stop selling this shampoo
I received this shampoo as a gift for my birthday and noticed that it made my hair greasy and stiff. It has 14 1-star ratings on the website but is still being sold in salons. Aveda really needs to listen to its customers' reviews and remove this shampoo from Aveda's collection. I'm grateful that Aveda let me replace the shampoo with another Aveda product.

Poor Shampoo - please bring back the original !
I have used Aveda Smooth Infusion Shampoo and Conditioner for over 11years - I never leave reviews but the new shampoo is so so poor I had too ! It left my hair feeling greasy and limp and I won't be buying again. I wouldn't be leaving 1 star but have to to leave a review
