Directions
Do not shake bottle. Distribute evenly through damp hair. Blow dry, diffuse or sit under dryer until dry to set.
Composition
Superfood Complex is formulated with a blend of:- Certified Organic Pomegranate Oil, rich in Omega 5 fatty acids, helps revitalize dull, dry hair by moisturizing and protecting it
- Organic Coconut Oil penetrates the hair to deeply nourish it
- Mango Butter helps smooth and nourish the hair's surface.
- Nutriplenish's lipid-rich Superfoods restore the lipid levels of dehydrated hair, both inside and outside the hair. Maintaining these lipid levels is essential for the health and feel of the hair.

Not for me
I am a phomollient user and have used it for many years so I purchased the nutriplenish version ai I thought it would be a similar item but I am afraid thus one is not for me after giving it several chances I am not sure its what I thought as it tends to keve my thick natural curly hair very unmanageable and sticky I won't be purchasing again I will stick to my phomollient.

A disaster for me
I normally love Aveda products and have been using them for years so I thought I would try this new product. Unfortunately, and for the first time, it was an absolute disaster. This left my curly hair really tangled. It feels like an overreaction but I genuinely hate this product and I'm so annoyed with myself for buying it.

Amazing Styling Foam
I've never used styling foam before but am a changed woman after using this product! The foam feels lightweight but adds amazing stylability and bounce to my hair. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Amazing styling foam
I don't usually use styling foams as I have had bad experiences, but this has changed my mind! I have thick 4C hair and found that this products is really great before blow-drying. It didn't leave a crunch and my hair felt really nourished and soft.
