Not very impressed
To be fair, I'm not very impressed. I bought the 1 litre bottle, it's just an average conditioner, not reach and creamy how I thought I would be. It doesn't leave my hair nourished and silky, it is extremely expensive for what it is.

Botanical Repair Strengthening Conditioner
Purchased in a trial/travel size initially to make sure it suited my hair type. Used the conditioner after the matching shampoo. My wet hair was very easy to comb through after use. Lovely light fragrance. Conditioner did not weigh my hair down or leave a residue. Hair looks soft and nourished after use and hair remains easy to detangle the day after use. Have since purchased a larger size of the Conditioner.

Regular purchase
I've been using this conditioner for several years now & it leaves my hair nice and soft and tangle free. Like the consistency but it is difficult to get out the last drops from the container.

Not very good on my hair
I had to use a lot of conditioner to get all of the ends of my hair . Did not like the result after washing off. Did not feel conditioned. Do not like the smell but that is my preference some people may like it

Please investigate
I've been purchasing this product since it launched. I'm a loyal Aveda customer of 30 years. I always buy the litre sizes of shampoo and conditioner. They've been great until recently. I've bought this product many many times over since it launched. But the most recent purchase has been extremely disappointing! The formulation has changed dramatically! It's very liquid as apposed to thick! I used to go through more of the shampoo than the conditioner. Now it's the other way around. You can't treat long standing loyal customer this way. Changing a formulation without informing customers is misleading. The most recent purchase was sent back as I thought it was a faulty batch. When I reordered the conditioner it was the same liquidy formula. You simply can't treat longstanding, regular, loyal customers this way. This is one of your most expensive products! And until recently, I've purchased it time and time again because it worked on my dry,long and thick hair. Now I'll have to look elsewhere for something similar. Please look into this and investigate what's happening.
