Soft and easy to use
Many lip balms are either really greasy, feel very surface-y or are hard. This is soft, comfy and contains lots of goodies that are not obvious to be fair but lips are immediately moisturised and the balm sinks in, which, for me, means it's excellent. Worthy of the extra cost.
