Product Description

A mildly astringent formulation to complete the cleansing process while also soothing and balancing the skin.

Directions

After cleansing the face and neck, dispense half a teaspoon of In Two Minds Facial Toner onto a cotton pad or into clean hands, and pat gently over the skin.
