Directions

At last, a cleanser that works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For so long, I’ve been trying to find a cleanser that did not leave my skin dry or oily, that didn’t leave residue or raw skin. This is the one. I used to have a lot of issue with eczema flaring up around my eyes and neck, but since using this, I have been clear of it! Love.

Change packaging
I like the cleanser, it takes off makeup quite well and is non-irritating (which I need because I use tretinoin sp any any actives in cleansers seem to damage my skin barrier). Unfortunately the packaging is awful and completely not fit for purpose so I will not be repurchasing. It's too frustrating to use. Please change it Inkey list

Love the product, hate the packaging,
I love this cleanser - it cleans really well without drying. and the formula is good for sensitive skin. But there is one thing stops me buying it again - the packaging is awful. The tube is made from such hard plastic that it is impossible to get the product out even when you've only used two thirds of it. A lot of people seem to comment on this problem so I wish Inkey List would listen to their customers and do something about it. Sure it might add a small increase to the cost but it would still be amazing value.

Gentle cleanse

Too oily
For me, this product is too oily. Instead of a balm, oil comes out of the tube. It doesn’t remove mascara easily and leaves a greasy feeling on my skin.

I love this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since trying this balm for the first time, I've been hooked. I love the fact that it removes all of my make up (including waterproof mascara) and doesn't leave that tight feeling on your face when you've wiped it off, just a soft supple finish to your skin. Great product!

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
